Before a permit is issued, applicants must complete a Building Permit, present plans to the Building Inspector, appear before the Building Board (if work is done to the exterior of the property), and pay the appropriate fee. There is a minimum fee of $70 for a building permit.
After a permit has been submitted, you may view the issued permit in the Property Files. Please allow one week from date of submission for update of file. **It is only necessary to enter the house address when searching the Property File; no street name is needed.**

2015 Wisconsin Act 211 is requiring online applications utilizing the State’s electronic permit system. This will be required to be done before the village will accept permit applications.
